Here's Your Reason

I am not political. I mean, I love SNL skits, I love the debates, I love the "craptacular-ness" that is election time, but I freely admit I am not savvy enough to have a leg to stand on when it comes to most political issues.  However, there are a FEW things that I get really tooth and nail about. First, I never want the government deciding for me when it comes to my body. Second, I never want the government telling me who I can fall in love with and marry-even if my first marriage was a complete bust and subsequent relationships thereafter really sucked I still should have the right to make my own mistakes, thanks. I doubt you would have picked THAT much better, Mr. Government-True love is true love, and when you find an amazing person, and everything just "clicks," and you make a lifetime commitment that's a blessing from God. And if you are lucky enough to find that amazing person AND have a beautiful child, well then, bonus for you. No one should say otherwise. So in the words of Forrest Gump, "That's all I have to say about that."
