Clark Gets a Tree

I took a hiatus from blogging. Normally when one takes a hiatus, it is because of something exotic..like traveling to foreign lands to find oneself..
Shit.
I have been slogging to work everyday and have barely FOUND time to shower.
Besides my blogging would have just been filled with bitching. Life has been hard, let's be honest: work, bills, "alone time for ourselves..I haven't felt very snappy..so it would have been a bit like this:
"Have you read Melissa's BITCH lately?"
"Uh..don't you mean BLOG?"
"Nooooo..I mean BITCH."

So, see I really was doing all of you a favor.

BUT now it's the Christmas season, and my husband has kept me from going too loopy and he even went all Clark Griswald and chopped down a Christmas tree yesterday complete with it's own pinecones! (No live squirrel found YET) So I feel like I might be coming back around.
No, we are not out of debt. YES, we still have to drive about 3000 miles a week to our jobs..BUT we have the coolest baby who is mesmerized with the Christmas tree lights and that is giving me time to BIT-..I mean BLOG again..so life is pretty nice tonight..
